8. AI-Powered Chatbot (EU AI Act Art. 50)

This website features an AI-powered chatbot built on Claude (Anthropic). In compliance with the EU AI Act Article 50 (transparency obligations), we disclose:

You are interacting with an AI system, not a human. The chatbot is clearly identified as AI-powered in the interface.
No conversation data is stored. Messages are processed in real-time via the Anthropic API and are not retained on our servers after the session ends.
Data processor: Anthropic (San Francisco, USA) processes messages under their Privacy Policy. Anthropic does not use API inputs/outputs for model training.
Data transfer: Conversation messages are transmitted to Anthropic’s servers in the United States. This transfer is necessary for providing the chatbot service (GDPR Art. 49(1)(b) — performance of a contract).
No personal data is requested through the chatbot. Do not share sensitive personal, medical, or confidential information in the chat.
Limitations: The chatbot provides general information about Diego’s services. It does not provide medical advice, legal counsel, or binding contractual commitments.

9. Calendly Integration

The scheduling widget is provided by Calendly (Atlanta, USA). When you book a call, Calendly collects your name, email, and selected time slot under their own Privacy Policy. This data is shared with Diego Muñoz Casinos solely for the purpose of scheduling and conducting the meeting.

10. Email Communications

Emails sent via the contact form or directly to dmc270294@gmail.com are processed through Google Workspace. Google acts as a data processor under their Privacy Policy. Emails are retained for the duration of the business relationship plus any legally required retention period.

11. Cookies

This website uses only strictly necessary cookies for technical functionality (e.g., language preference). No tracking, analytics, or advertising cookies are used. No cookie consent banner is required as only technically necessary cookies are set (ePrivacy Directive Art. 5(3) exemption).

These transfers are conducted under the EU-US Data Privacy Framework where applicable, or under GDPR Art. 49 derogations (explicit consent, contractual necessity).
