LLM Temperature: The One Parameter That Changes Everything

Building the demo below taught me something I thought I already knew about temperature. I had a static version first — fixed bars at T=0.7. Adding the slider changed the question from "what does temperature do?" to "when exactly does it stop being safe?" The inflection is sharper than you would expect.
